ZÄRTLICH provides a convenient non-addictive, non-chemical laxative in capsule form which is easy to take. It is particularly effective for sufferers of chronic constipation. Over a period of time, THE FAECES BECOME IMPACTED ALONG THE WALLS OF THE BOWEL.
Laxatives which simply stimulate the musculature of the bowel by an irritant effect do nothing to liquefy the impacted faeces. The combination of lecithin, oil and prune concentrate in ZÄRTLICH help liquefy the hard soap-like material and allow it to be eliminated from the system. At the same time, it is necessary to treat the underlying cause of the constipation and thus prevent a recurrence of the problem once ZÄRTLICH has been discontinued. The formation of hard, soap-like stools is often due to insufficient bile, usually assisted by one of the DTM products together with digestive enzymes in severe conditions.
ZÄRTLICH is a German adjective for 'tender' and the formula is so named because of its gentle action upon the bowel.
Product Formula Each capsule contains:
Dried prune concentrate.........................125mg
Senna extract (20%).............................726mg
In a vegetable oil and lecithin base.
Dosage : 2-4 capsules nightly. In stubborn cases increase the dose until regular movements are established. Drink plenty of water and increase fibre in the diet.
CAUTIONS : Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. If symptoms persists seek medical advice. Avoid use if pregnant or breast feeding.
Free of : Sugar, colouring, artificial flavouring, artificial sweeteners, corn products, wheat products, [gluten] and lactose.
Storage : Store below 30 degrees C. Keep container tightly capped to protect product from moisture.
